Rafał Olejniczak
Sessions for top management. 25 years of managerial experience. Co-created the Eurozet Group.
As a consultant and advisor, he shares his 25 years of managerial and business experience. He co-created the Eurozet Group (Radio ZET, Antyradio, Radio ZET Chilli, Radio ZET Gold), where he progressed from reporter to board member. He also served as development director and editor-in-chief of Radio ZET and all radio brands.
He has carried out his own photographic and artistic projects (including for National Geographic Poland). He teaches how to be an inspiring boss, leader, and visionary. He shares his knowledge in management using coaching tools, effective communication, and the importance of relationships in business. He creates training programs based on his own successes and failures.
Tomasz Kosiorek
Psychologist and mediator. Over 12 years of experience working with teams. Former Training Manager at CD Projekt RED.
A journalist, psychologist, and mediator by education. For over 12 years a soft skills trainer working for businesses and NGOs. He has long used games and training simulations in his work, spending several years with video game creators as Training Manager at CD Projekt RED studio.
Co-author of the book "Where Do Adults Come From". Privately, he misses his radio career, to which he devoted over a decade of his life. Passionate about gardening.
Anna Zielińska-Wolfigiel
Personnel consultant and trainer. 10+ years of experience in consulting firms. Owner of LYKOS Consulting.
A personnel consultant and trainer with over ten years of professional experience in consulting firms and on the client side. Currently the owner of LYKOS Consulting and a contract trainer for Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych.
She teaches at universities and conducts training for companies in recruitment, team building, career development, motivation, communication, HR strategy, leadership (goal setting, team management, motivation) and sales (needs analysis, win-win negotiations, closing sales, B2B sales).
